One to two page summary of high level private placement information designed for Clients who are at the early stages of marketing and want an initial overview of each country’s requirements. “Market Snapshots”, an affordable “first step” product, helps Clients determine their shortlist of focus countries (“low hanging fruit”) for further bespoke deliverables.
“Sales Road Maps Service”
GSC’s most popular service designed for Sales & Marketing teams. “Sales Road Maps” are customized to each client’s products, service and business model. GSC works with our network of legal counsel to obtain legal confirmation of the content of each “Sales Road Map”. Deliverables include per Country Sales Road Map, Sales Road Map Manual (hard copy & E-Manual). Service includes review of Client marketing presentations and onsite training. We also create parallel “Legal & Compliance Road Maps”, a “ready reference” designed for Chief Compliance & Legal Officers.

“Country Matrix”
GSC’s most bespoke deliverable designed for Chief Compliance & Legal Officers. Country Matrices are the most in-depth analysis per country and are based on a legal memo which GSC obtains from our network of local Counsel based on the bespoke needs of the client. Each “Country Matrix” is a summary of the legal memo and is a handy, organised review in advance of audits or Regulator visits.
