Global Sales Compliance Ltd. Turns Five!
We are pleased to announce that Global Sales Compliance Ltd. is celebrating our five (5) year
anniversary of serving clients this month.
Started in October 2006 by Cathy Brand (Founder & CEO) after global fund distribution and compliance experience at Citigroup, Global Sales Compliance is a truly unique "sell-side compliance" consultancy which provides sales compliance, product development and distribution advisory in 66+ jurisdictions worldwide.

to our new online COMPASS subscription service.
Welcome Elizabeth Dawes
As part of our initiative to expand our client reach and accommodate ongoing regulatory transition, GSC is proud to welcome the newest professional to our team, Elizabeth Dawes, Legal & Regulatory Consultant.
After studying law at Oxford, Elizabeth worked at Allen & Overy London and became a Qualified Solicitor in 1997. Elizabeth's career began with regulatory advisory at Deloitte & Touche before transitioning to in-house Counsel with large financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brother and Gartmore Investment Management (now part of Henderson), where Elizabeth was Deputy General Counsel. Throughout her extensive financial services career, Elizabeth has advised on the set-up, structuring and marketing of a wide variety of funds and alternative investment vehicles, both for retail, private wealth management and institutional markets.
